Meg Beach-Hacking holds a B.A. in Theater Arts from Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA. A self-described “citizen of the world,” her youth was spent cultivating irreplaceable life experiences in Eastern Africa, Eastern Europe, and South America. An amateur psychoanalyst, she explores the interactions of characters in film and how the character’s own psychological development affects his or her interpersonal relationships. Her favorite films are those that explore a “slice-of-life” occurrence that is both relatable and poignant to the audience, specifically those in different historical time periods.
Meg fully expects to finish several novels by her fortieth birthday, though sometimes wonders at the speed with which time seems to pass around her. When she isn’t writing, Meg enjoys karaoke, chocolate pudding, and spending time with her lethargic Wheaton terrier, Sam.
